This is FIT Asset Management

Our approach is rooted in our name. FIT is an acronym for Fundamentals Integrated Technical’s. The process we deploy is designed to capitalize on the momentum of individual stocks as they rise. When fortunes turn, we take the emotion out of selling stocks by deploying 100% technical analysis to part with names in the portfolio. This process creates an opportunity for upside capture with an emphasis on downside protection.

Our Beginnings

Investing Landscape

Back in 1987 during one of the most turbulent markets in the modern era our founder and CEO embarked on a career to buy and sell stocks in the public markets. Over this span FIT Asset Management has continued to refine our process and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of investing. We always strive to be the best we can be when entrusted to manage the wealth of others.

best in class

Ideal outcomes without the hassle of conventional planning.

Our Vision

We have set out to do things a little differently

Most investment professionals will take either a bottom up or top-down approach to investing in individual stocks. Recognizing that most investment professionals are pretty good at picking stocks, we believe the opportunity lies in knowing when to sell an investment. Utilizing only fundamental analysis in your investment process can lead to over-dependency on the “winners” in your portfolio. This can force a lot of our competition to “marry” an individual holding well beyond its viable return expectancy. By deploying 100% technical analysis to the sell discipline, we remove the emotional attachment to stocks.

The portfolio invests in stocks of medium and small companies (under $20 billion market cap) that are listed on
U.S. domestic stock exchanges. Our process uses a proprietary scoring system incorporating both fundamental and technical analysis to add stocks to the portfolio. When eliminating, or selling, stocks from the
portfolio, the team uses 100% technical analysis.

FIT ACE Large Cap Core

The FIT ACE Large Cap Core portfolio invests in companies of all sizes listed on U.S. domestic stock exchanges.

The FIT ACE Large Cap Core portfolio invests in companies of all sizes listed on U.S. domestic stock exchanges. Although there are no restrictions on how much the portfolio can invest in smaller and mid-size companies, the portfolio typically focuses on larger and mega cap companies. Our internal buying process using fundamental and technical analysis will help in the discovery of both value and growth-oriented stocks with no static percent required for either discipline. 100% Technical Analysis is used to sell stocks. Using Technical Analysis to sell individual stocks in the portfolio keeps us disciplined in our process and helps avoid emotional attachment to any one position.
